Made of polypropylene.
Min. order - 24 pcs.
A weizen beer glass designed for repeated use in busy catering environments where breakage is a risk. The glass holds 700 ml, matching the traditional volume for wheat-beer servings while replacing fragile glass with a resilient plastic that withstands drops and knocks.
The material is polypropylene, chosen for its clarity and toughness. It does not shatter, so it can be stacked, carried and washed without the hazard of sharp fragments. The transparency gives the same visual presentation as glass, allowing the colour and carbonation of the beer to show through, which is essential for the weizen style.
To use, the operator fills the glass to the 700 ml mark, typically leaving a small headspace. The glass is then served directly to the customer. After use, it is collected, rinsed and loaded into a commercial dishwasher for sanitisation. The polypropylene withstands the temperatures and detergents used in professional ware-washing without warping or clouding.
Construction is a single moulded piece with no seams or joints. The base is flat and stable, the sides taper slightly to aid stacking, and the rim is smooth for comfortable drinking. The dimensions are 86 mm in diameter at the widest point and 255 mm in height, fitting standard glass racks and under-counter storage.
The glass is unbreakable, making it suitable for outdoor events, poolside service and tourist accommodation where disposable alternatives would create waste. Its reusable nature reduces the need for single-use tumblers, lowering both cost and environmental impact over time.
The product is part of the ARAVEN catering tableware range, positioned for establishments that require durable, presentable drinkware without the fragility of glass.
