Automatic divider-rounder DR14

The machine is capable of cutting and rounding approximately 800/1000 portions of dough per hour. Portions can weigh from 150 to 320 g, dividing the cutting group into 14 sections, and from 300 to 650 g, dividing the cutting group into 11 sections. The cutting group, made entirely of stainless steel, is easily dismantled for replacement or washing. Thanks to the rounding system, which is very similar to the dexterity of the hands of a pizza maker, there is no tension in the dough and the balls are always perfectly round. The device is very easy to use and allows unskilled personnel to achieve excellent results without physical effort.
