Unit is made with utmost care using high quality stainless steel and are equipped with ergonomic knobs with smooth temperature adjustment. The top is pressed. The possibility of liquids getting into the appliance’s body has been minimized as well as the potential failures. The edges on the top plate are rounded which also makes easier to keep the appliance clean and saves the time of the personnel responsible for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen
An electric stove with an integrated oven combines direct heat on the hob with circulated heat in the cavity, allowing simultaneous cooking of multiple dishes. The heating plates convert electrical energy into radiant and conductive heat, transferring it directly to pots and pans. Below, the oven uses elements at the top and bottom to generate heat, which is then distributed by natural convection, ensuring even baking or roasting without a fan. This dual system lets a single appliance handle boiling, frying, simmering and baking at once, reducing the need for separate units on a busy worktop.
The operator begins by selecting the desired temperature on each heating plate using the six-position knobs. The plates heat up quickly, and the round design concentrates heat at the centre for faster response. In the oven, one of three heating modes is chosen: bottom heat for slow roasting, top heat for browning, or combined top and bottom for balanced baking. A GN2/1 pan or the supplied grid shelf is placed inside, and the oven door is closed. Once the set temperature is reached, the appliance maintains it within a narrow range, allowing consistent results across service.
The stove is built with a pressed stainless steel top that resists warping and simplifies cleaning. Four round heating plates, each 220 mm in diameter, are mounted flush with the surface. The body is constructed from high-quality stainless steel, and the height-adjustable legs allow levelling on uneven floors. A removable chimney directs steam and cooking odours away from the work area and can be washed in a dishwasher. Inside the oven, a cast-iron insert increases heat retention, reducing temperature fluctuations when the door is opened.
The controls consist of ergonomic knobs for each heating plate and the oven, offering six temperature settings for the plates and three heating modes for the oven. The oven temperature can be adjusted between 70 and 270 °C, covering everything from gentle warming to high-temperature roasting. The appliance operates on a 400 V three-phase supply, which is standard in professional kitchens and allows the 15.9 kW total power to be distributed without overloading a single circuit.
The 800 mm width and 730 mm depth fit within a standard worktop footprint, while the 850 mm height allows comfortable use without stooping. The oven cavity, 270 mm high, accommodates a single GN2/1 pan or the included grid shelf, making it suitable for batch cooking or holding finished dishes. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and staining, and the removable chimney simplifies daily cleaning. The pressed top and flush-mounted plates prevent spills from seeping into gaps, and the dishwasher-safe chimney reduces manual scrubbing.
The stove is available in a single configuration, with all features described included as standard. It is designed for use with GN2/1 pans and trays, matching the standardised sizes used across professional catering equipment.
