The top is pressed. The possibility of liquids getting into the appliance’s body has been minimized as well as the potential failures. The edges on the top plate are rounded which also makes easier to keep the appliance clean and saves the time of the personnel responsible for maintaining hygiene in the kitchen.

An electric stove built for continuous service in commercial kitchens, where the heat must be instant, even and precisely adjustable. Four round heating plates transfer energy directly to pots and pans; the pressed stainless-steel top conducts heat evenly while eliminating crevices that trap food and grease. A fan-assisted chimney draws steam and smoke away from the worktop, keeping the air clear and the kitchen cooler.

The operator places pans on the 220 mm plates, selects the desired heat level with the six-position knobs, and starts cooking. Each plate responds within seconds, allowing rapid changes from searing to simmering. The removable chimney can be lifted off and washed in a commercial dishwasher, while the pressed top is wiped down without disassembly. Round legs with adjustable height ensure the stove sits level on uneven floors, and the hair-joint connection system aligns multiple GORT LINE 700 units side by side for a seamless run of equipment.

Construction is entirely stainless steel, chosen for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. The body panels form a rigid frame that supports the pressed top and the four heating elements beneath. Ergonomic knobs are positioned for easy reach, and the chimney's quick-release catch allows removal without tools. Open bases can be fitted with universal left- or right-hinged doors to create a cupboard below the work surface.

A total power rating of 10.4 kW indicates the load on the electrical supply; the stove requires a 400 V three-phase circuit. The 800 mm width and 730 mm depth define the footprint on the kitchen floor, while the 850 mm height allows comfortable use at standard worktop levels. Each 2.6 kW plate delivers enough energy for rapid boiling or sustained frying, and the six-position temperature control provides fine adjustment across the full range.

Cleaning is straightforward: the pressed top and removable chimney are dishwasher-safe, and the smooth stainless-steel surfaces can be sanitised with standard kitchen chemicals. The round legs are wiped down, and the hair-joint edges between adjacent units are kept free of debris to maintain a flush connection. No additional maintenance is required beyond routine inspection of the electrical connections and the condition of the heating plates.

The stove is part of the GORT LINE 700 series, designed for modular installation alongside compatible bases, ovens and grills. Open bases may be converted to cupboards by adding universal doors, allowing storage beneath the cooking surface.
