A gas stove with an electric oven combines direct flame cooking on the hob with controlled radiant heat inside the oven, giving chefs two distinct methods in one unit. The hob burners heat pots and pans instantly, while the electric oven circulates hot air around GN2/1 pans, baking, roasting or holding food at a steady temperature. This dual system allows a kitchen to sear, boil, simmer and bake without switching appliances, saving space and energy.

The sequence starts with the gas burners. The operator lights the pilot burner, which keeps the appliance in standby. Each of the six burners is lit individually with the piezo-electric igniter. The cast-iron pan supports hold pots steady, and the sealed burners prevent spills from reaching the flame. The knobs adjust the gas flow smoothly, controlling the flame height. Below, the electric oven is set using an eight-position dial that selects the temperature between 70 and 270 °C. Three heating modes—bottom, top, or both—direct the heat to the food, and the three runner levels let the operator position pans at the best height. The oven door closes on a GN2/1 grid shelf and a cast-iron insert that stores heat, keeping the temperature even.

The pressed stainless steel top is a single sheet with rounded edges, designed to wipe clean without trapping food. The burners and pilots are sealed, and the removable chimney can be washed in a dishwasher. The body is made of stainless steel, and the legs adjust to level the stove on uneven floors. A hair-joint connection system links the unit to other LINE 900 appliances, creating a seamless worktop. Open bases can be fitted with universal doors to form a cupboard with left or right hinges.

The controls include six knobs for the burners, an eight-position temperature dial for the oven, a mode selector for bottom, top or combined heat, and a piezo-electric igniter. The gas anti-outflow protection cuts the supply if the flame goes out, and the heating plate has thermal protection against overheating.

A total power of 59.2 kW means the stove draws a significant load from the gas and electrical supplies, requiring a dedicated circuit. The 400 V three-phase connection is standard for professional kitchens, and the voltage must match the local supply. The 1200 mm width fits a standard worktop space, while the 930 mm depth allows clearance for the oven door and rear ventilation. The 850 mm height places the hob at a comfortable working level, and the adjustable legs compensate for floor unevenness. The temperature range of 70 to 270 °C covers baking, roasting and holding, but not high-temperature grilling or rapid chilling.

Cleaning involves removing the chimney for dishwasher washing, wiping the stainless steel top and body, and brushing the cast-iron pan supports. The sealed burners prevent food from entering the gas jets, and the rounded edges of the top reduce corners where dirt can collect. The oven interior is accessed by removing the grid shelf and cast-iron insert, which can be washed separately.

The stove is part of the LINE 900 series and connects to other units in the range. When ordering, the gas type must be specified from the options G20, G25, G25.3, G2.350, G27 or G30/G31.
