This model has a High-power small size burners made of corrosion-resistant material have been used. They provide perfect combustion and even heating on the whole pot surface.
A gas stove that combines high-output burners with quick-clean construction, designed for professional kitchens where speed and hygiene matter. The appliance burns natural gas or LPG through two separate burners, each sized for different tasks: one for rapid boiling or searing, the other for sustained simmering or holding. The flame transfers heat directly to the pan, giving instant response when the control is turned up or down. A pilot burner keeps the stove in standby, ready to light the main burners without delay, so service is never interrupted by a cold start.
The sequence begins by selecting the gas type at order; the correct nozzle is fitted so the flame burns cleanly and efficiently. The operator places a pan on the cast-iron support, turns the knob to light the pilot, then adjusts the main burner to the required heat. The flame is visible through the pan support, so the chef can see the level at a glance. When the pan is removed, the removable burner basins and elements lift out, leaving a flat surface that wipes clean in seconds. Both basins and the chimney section are dishwasher-safe, cutting the time spent on daily scrubbing.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, with corrosion-resistant materials used for the burners and protected nozzles to prevent clogging from spills. The pan supports are cast iron, heavy enough to stay stable under large stockpots. Four round legs adjust for uneven floors, and the hair-joint connection system allows the stove to sit flush against other LINE 700 units, creating a continuous worktop without gaps. The open base can be fitted with a universal hinged door to convert the space into a cupboard, keeping pots or cleaning supplies out of sight.
The 400 mm width fits standard worktop runs, while the 730 mm depth gives enough room for large pans without overhang. The 850 mm height matches most professional counters, so the chef works at a comfortable level. The dual power ratings—4.15 kW and 7.15 kW—show the stove can handle both delicate sauces and high-volume boiling on the same appliance. The gas type must be specified at order to ensure the correct pressure and flow, preventing incomplete combustion or wasted fuel.
Cleaning is built into the design: burner basins, elements and chimney section go into the dishwasher, while the stainless steel body wipes down with a cloth. The adjustable legs make it easy to level the stove before cleaning underneath. No special tools or chemicals are needed, only standard kitchen detergents.
The stove is part of the BHS-G LINE 700 range, designed for modular kitchen layouts where units stand side by side without visible joints.
