2 x 3.3 liters
A double dispenser keeps two sauces or condiments at serving temperature without reheating, using insulated containers that slow heat loss. Each container holds the sauce in a deep vat, while a pump draws it up through a tap, letting staff dispense measured portions without lifting or tilting. The insulation means the sauce stays at the temperature it was loaded, so it does not thicken or separate while it waits.
The operator fills each 3.3 litre container through a wide opening, then fits the pump assembly over the top. A lever or button on the pump head draws sauce up and releases it in a steady stream, avoiding drips and waste. Because the containers are deep, thicker sauces and chunks flow without clogging the pump, and the insulation keeps the texture stable for service.
The unit is built in stainless steel, with two separate containers side by side. Each container has its own pump, so two different sauces can be dispensed at once. The footprint of 276 mm by 224 mm fits on a standard worktop, and the height of 407 mm allows staff to operate the pumps without bending.
Each pump is operated independently, letting one sauce be dispensed while the other remains untouched. The 3.3 litre capacity of each container means frequent refills are not needed during a service period, and the insulation reduces the need for external heat sources.
The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and is easy to wipe down after service. The pumps and containers can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the insulation does not absorb moisture or odours.
The dispenser is designed for thicker sauces and chunky condiments, so it handles items that would clog a gravity-fed dispenser or a narrow nozzle.
