Serving trolleys move plated meals, bulk dishes or beverages from the kitchen to the dining area without carrying. A rigid frame on lockable castors supports one or more shelves at a standardised worktop height, so staff can slide trays or pans directly onto the trolley and wheel them to the point of service. The shelves hold the load at a comfortable working level, reducing lifting and the risk of spills or breakage during transport.
The operator loads the shelves with prepared items, secures any loose dishes with the raised edges or retaining bars, then rolls the trolley to the service station. Once there, the lockable castors hold the unit steady while staff transfer the items to the counter or pass them to diners. After service, the empty trolley returns to the kitchen for cleaning or reloading.
Construction is a welded steel frame finished in a durable coating, with shelves of either stainless steel or food-safe polymer. The castors are industrial grade, two fixed and two swivelling with brakes, sized to carry the stated load across kitchen floors and over thresholds.
The NN35 is placed in the catalogue under mobile service equipment, alongside heated and refrigerated trolleys but without active temperature control.
