A worktop storage unit divides ingredients, utensils or small containers into separate compartments so that each item stays visible and within reach. The Organizer O120B provides six identical 1.6 L volumes side by side, letting kitchen staff group similar items together without mixing them. This arrangement speeds up mise en place and reduces cross-contamination between raw, cooked and allergen-containing foods.

Each compartment is a shallow, open-topped tray that sits directly on the work surface. There is no lid, drawer or door to open, so contents are always in view and can be lifted out with one hand. The unit itself is a single piece that rests on anti-slip feet; it does not bolt down and can be moved to wherever the next task is set up.

The operator loads each compartment with the items needed for the current service period. Typical uses include holding prepped vegetables, garnishes, portioned sauces, small tools or disposable gloves. Cleaning is carried out by removing all contents, wiping the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and a mild detergent, then rinsing and drying.
