A napkin dispenser organises folded paper napkins so that each guest or staff member pulls only one sheet at a time. The unit holds a stack of napkins in a vertical chute; when the front flap is pressed, the bottom napkin slides forward through a narrow opening while the next napkin is held back by a retaining lip. This method keeps the remaining napkins clean, dry and ready for the next user, reducing waste and maintaining hygiene in busy service areas.

To use the dispenser, the operator loads a fresh stack of folded napkins into the top opening, ensuring they lie flat and aligned. The front flap is then closed, securing the stack in place. When a napkin is needed, the user presses the flap; the bottom napkin is released and can be pulled free. The process repeats until the stack is depleted, at which point the unit is reloaded.
