BHS.LV Stainless Steel Table Base for Professional Worktops

A sturdy foundation for professional worktops, this table base raises and stabilises a square or round top up to 600 mm across. The column transfers the load from the work surface down to a broad circular foot, spreading weight evenly and preventing tipping. Four adjustable feet at the base level the unit on uneven floors, allowing the worktop to stay perfectly horizontal even when the kitchen floor slopes.

The base arrives as a flat-pack kit ready for self-assembly. The operator fits the central column into the plastic-cored foot, secures the black-painted steel mounting plate to the top of the column, and threads the four levelling feet into the base. Once assembled, the unit stands 715 mm high, placing the work surface at a comfortable working height for food preparation, plating or counter service. The 250 mm square mounting plate accepts a variety of tops up to 600 mm in diameter, giving the kitchen designer flexibility in layout.

Construction combines brushed AISI 201 stainless steel for the visible column and casing with a plastic core inside the foot for lightness. The black-painted steel mounting plate provides a secure platform for the worktop, while the 60 mm diameter legs keep the base stable without taking up excessive floor space. Each foot adjusts independently, allowing fine levelling on any surface.

The base is supplied with all necessary mounting screws for assembly, but screws for attaching the worktop itself are not included, letting the operator choose the appropriate fixings for the material and thickness of the top. An optional taller version is available for specialised workstations or ergonomic requirements.

With a footprint of 450 mm diameter and a weight of 11 kg, the unit is light enough to move by hand yet robust enough to support heavy worktops and equipment. The brushed stainless steel finish resists fingerprints and minor scratches, maintaining a professional appearance under daily use. Regular cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent keeps the surface free of grease and grime, while the plastic core inside the foot requires no maintenance.

Designed for tables with a maximum top size of 700 x 700 mm, this base suits standardised catering worktops, mobile counters and fixed preparation stations in commercial kitchens.
