BHS.LV Table Base C-11 for Professional Worktops

A sturdy table base that provides a stable platform for catering worktops up to 700 mm square. The unit stands on four adjustable feet, allowing the operator to level the surface on uneven floors and prevent wobble during food preparation or service.

The base is assembled from a central column, a square mounting plate and a flat base that spreads the load across the floor. Each foot screws in and out, so the height can be fine-tuned without tools once the parts are bolted together. The mounting plate accepts tops up to 70 mm thick, giving enough clearance for solid wood, laminate or stainless-steel work surfaces.

Assembly is carried out on site: the column is bolted to the base, the mounting plate is fixed to the top of the column, and the four feet are threaded into the corners of the base. No additional tools are required beyond those supplied in the set. The base arrives flat-packed, reducing transport volume and making it easier to move through narrow kitchen corridors or service lifts.

The entire structure is made from black painted steel, chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio and resistance to chipping in a busy kitchen. The paint finish is smooth, so spills can be wiped away without leaving residue. The mounting plate measures 250 mm square and is 3 mm thick, providing a secure fixing point for the worktop without adding unnecessary bulk.

Four adjustment feet allow the base to be raised or lowered by several millimetres, compensating for minor floor irregularities. The feet are made of durable plastic that will not mark or scratch hard floors, and their broad contact area prevents the base from sinking into softer surfaces.

The base weighs 7 kg, light enough for one person to carry and position, yet heavy enough to remain stable under the weight of a loaded worktop. It occupies a footprint of 410 mm square, leaving a small margin around the edges for cleaning access.

Cleaning is straightforward: the painted steel surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustment feet should be checked periodically to ensure they remain tight and free of debris that could affect levelling.

Optional variants include different heights, alternative colours from the RAL palette, and a 4 kg cast-iron weight that can be added to the base for extra stability in high-traffic areas.
