BHS.LV Table Base C-47/BIG for Professional Worktops

A sturdy table base built to carry professional worktops in busy kitchens. The C-47/BIG supports round or square tops up to one metre across, giving a stable work surface for prep, plating or holding equipment. The base stands on a broad circular foot that spreads the load evenly. Five adjustable feet beneath the foot let the operator level the unit on uneven floors, keeping the worktop steady even when the kitchen is sloped or tiled. A central steel column rises from the foot and ends in a square mounting plate that fixes to the underside of the worktop. The plate's size and the four corner holes give a secure connection without wobble or twist. Assembly is done on site. The kit includes the circular foot, the column, the mounting plate and all screws needed to join them. The operator fits the parts together, tightens the screws, attaches the five adjustable feet and then places the worktop on the mounting plate. No additional screws are supplied for the worktop itself; these must be chosen to suit the material and thickness of the top. The entire frame is made from steel that is painted black for corrosion resistance and a uniform finish. The paint is applied to the base, column and mounting plate, so every visible part matches. The mounting plate measures 350 mm by 350 mm and is 3 mm thick, giving a flat surface that sits flush against the underside of the worktop. The base stands 730 mm high, a standard worktop height in professional kitchens. The circular foot has a diameter of 580 mm, which keeps the unit stable while leaving enough floor space for the operator to stand close. The total weight of 17 kg makes the base light enough to move by hand when disassembled, yet heavy enough to stay in place once the worktop is loaded. The black painted steel resists kitchen splashes and wipes clean with a damp cloth between service shifts. The painted steel surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustable feet should be checked periodically to ensure they are tight and free of debris that could affect levelling. Variants are available for different heights or colours from the RAL palette, allowing the base to match other kitchen furniture or fit under lower ceilings.
