Flat filter paper for commercial coffee brewers holds the coffee grounds while hot water passes through, extracting flavour and oils without sediment. To use, the operator places a single sheet into the brewer's filter basket, ensuring it lies flat and covers the entire base. Coffee grounds are added on top, and the brewing cycle is started. Once the cycle completes, the used filter and grounds are lifted out together, leaving no residue in the basket and reducing the need for manual scraping or rinsing between batches.

Each sheet is cut to a precise 330 mm diameter, matching the filter baskets of compatible commercial coffee brewers. The paper is disposable, eliminating the need for cleaning between uses and maintaining consistent brew quality across multiple servings.
