Electric sauce heater in cone shape for easy use. The capacity of the container is 2 liters.
A funnel sauce warmer keeps gravies, sauces and condiments at serving temperature without scorching or drying out. The unit heats a small volume of liquid evenly by circulating warm air around the stainless-steel funnel. Because the heat source is indirect, the sauce never touches a hot surface, so it stays smooth and glossy for hours. The adjustable thermostat lets the operator choose the exact warmth needed for each recipe, from just above body temperature for delicate emulsions to near boiling for robust meat sauces.
To use the warmer, the operator pours the prepared sauce into the 2 L funnel, fits the lid and selects the desired temperature on the front panel. The on/off switch starts the heating cycle; a drop-collecting tray beneath the nozzles catches any spillage. Three interchangeable nozzles allow different flow rates and presentation styles, from thin drizzles to thick ribbons. Once the sauce reaches the set temperature, the warmer maintains it automatically until the funnel is empty or the unit is switched off.
The construction is entirely stainless steel, including the funnel, lid, drop tray and outer casing. An adjustable thermostat on the front panel sets the temperature between 45 °C and 90 °C. The 0.3 kW power rating means the warmer draws a modest load on a standard 230 V circuit, leaving capacity for other counter-top appliances. The compact footprint of 350 mm wide, 285 mm deep and 370 mm high fits neatly between bain-maries or under a shelf, while the 4.8 kg weight allows easy repositioning during service.
Cleaning is straightforward: the funnel, lid and nozzles lift out for washing in hot soapy water or a commercial dishwasher. The drop tray slides free for emptying and wiping. The outer casing can be wiped down with a damp cloth; no disassembly is needed for routine upkeep.
The Casselin CEPC is supplied with three nozzle sizes for different sauce consistencies. It is listed in the catalogue under counter-top holding and dispensing equipment.
