A hot display keeps cooked burgers at serving temperature without drying them out. The unit uses UV lamps to generate gentle radiant heat that warms the surface evenly while the inclined shelf lets any steam rise and escape, so the buns stay soft and the patties stay juicy.
The operator loads the burgers onto the sloping shelf, adjusts the width of the guide rails to fit the tray or bun size, and sets the thermostat to the desired temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C. The UV lamps switch on, warming the food from above while the black epoxy-painted stainless steel cabinet retains the heat. Burgers can be held ready for service until they are removed for plating.
The cabinet is built from stainless steel finished in black epoxy paint. An adjustable thermostat controls the heating power of the UV lamps, and the width of the guide rails can be changed to suit different tray sizes.
The 1.86 kW power rating means the unit draws a steady load on a standard 230 V circuit, suitable for most professional kitchen setups. The 55 kg weight indicates the display is stable on a worktop but will need two people to move safely. The footprint of 1106 mm wide by 700 mm deep fits along a counter or against a wall, leaving space for plating beside it.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and checking the UV lamps for dust or grease build-up. The guide rails can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed.
The Hot Display for Burgers 110 is listed in the Casselin professional catering equipment catalogue under hot-holding units.
