This heated display maintains burger patties at serving temperature without drying them. Electric elements beneath a metal shelf provide consistent warmth, controlled by a thermostat that cycles the heat to maintain the set temperature. The sloped shelf allows staff to slide patties forward effortlessly, ensuring the next one is always ready, while adjustable dividers keep stacks neatly separated.

To operate, connect the unit to a 230 V power source. Adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature between 30 °C and 90 °C. Place cooked patties on the shelf, organising them between the dividers. An under-shelf lamp enhances visibility for customers. Monitor the temperature and adjust the thermostat as needed.

Constructed from stainless steel with a black epoxy finish, the unit features heating elements beneath the shelf and a lamp positioned under the front edge. A thermostat dial regulates heating power, and a separate control adjusts the width of the dividers.

With a 0.58 kW power rating, the unit fits well on most worktops. Its 800 mm width and 26 kg weight make it manageable for two people to reposition without equipment. The temperature range accommodates keeping patties warm or buns soft.

For cleaning, wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Regularly dust the heating elements and lamp to ensure even heat distribution. Remove the dividers for thorough cleaning when necessary.
