A buffet display organises hot or cold dishes at counter height without a full bain-marie. The unit holds a standard gastronorm tray above eye level, letting diners serve themselves while the food stays within reach of the kitchen staff. A raised shelf also keeps plates and cutlery close, so the operator can replenish or clear without leaving the station.
The NENA display stands on a black epoxy-painted steel frame that assembles without tools. A stainless-steel plate forms the base, giving a clean surface that resists scratches and spills. On top of the plate sits a porcelain serving platter sized to match the GN 1/1 footprint; its low rim keeps food contained while allowing easy access. Four smaller porcelain ramekins fit alongside, each holding sauces, garnishes or condiments that would otherwise clutter the main tray.
To set up, the operator places the frame on a worktop or buffet counter, attaches the stainless-steel plate, and positions the porcelain platter and ramekins. A GN 1/1 gastronorm tray slides into the frame beneath the platter, ready to hold hot or cold bulk dishes. The ramekins sit above the tray, so every item is visible and within arm's reach. The 556 mm width leaves room for the tray plus the four ramekins without overhang, while the 312 mm height keeps the display at a comfortable serving level.
The black epoxy finish on the steel frame resists chipping and wipes clean with a damp cloth. The stainless-steel plate can be removed for thorough washing, and the porcelain platter and ramekins are dishwasher-safe. The 8.4 kg weight allows one person to move the unit between service periods or store it when not in use.
The display is designed for GN 1/1 gastronorm trays, matching the standardised dimensions used across professional catering equipment. It ships with one porcelain platter and four ramekins, and the frame assembles without additional hardware.
