Casselin Porcelain Hot Milk Dispenser 10 Litre

A hot milk dispenser keeps milk at serving temperature without scorching or boiling over, using a gentle heating element beneath a non-reactive porcelain pot. The porcelain surface does not alter the milk's flavour, while the adjustable thermostat maintains a steady temperature between 40 °C and 80 °C. A safety thermostat cuts power if the temperature rises beyond the set range, preventing overheating and spillage.

To use the dispenser, fill the porcelain pot with up to 10 litres of milk, set the thermostat to the desired temperature, and switch on. The heating element warms the milk evenly, and the metal chain secures the porcelain lid to prevent splashing. Once the milk reaches the set temperature, the thermostat cycles the element on and off to hold it there until the pot is emptied.

The pot, lid and temperature dial are made of porcelain, while the base and control housing are metal. An adjustable thermostat on the front panel sets the holding temperature, and a safety thermostat behind the panel provides automatic overheat protection.

The 0.75 kW power rating means the unit draws a modest load from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The 10 litre capacity allows continuous service of hot milk for beverages or cooking without frequent refills.
