Casselin table-top shelf for 12 GN1/6 salad containers, 989 x 390 x 210 mm

A table-top shelf organises up to twelve GN1/6 gastronorm containers in two ranks above a salad bar or buffet counter. The shelf lifts the containers clear of the worktop so serving utensils can reach beneath without spillage, and the open construction lets air circulate to keep ingredients fresh.

The shelf stands on four feet that raise it 210 mm above the counter. Each rank is formed by ten horizontal GN support strips spaced to accept standard 1/6-size containers 150 mm deep. The strips are fixed so the containers slide in from the front and lock in place without tilting.

To set up, position the shelf on a level worktop. Slide the first rank of six containers into the lower set of strips, then the second rank of six into the upper set. The 989 mm length spans the width of most counter-top salad bars, keeping all containers within easy reach of staff and customers.

The unit is built from stainless steel throughout, with welded joints for rigidity. The 7.6 kg weight allows one person to lift and relocate the shelf without tools.
