This professional unit combines toasting and grilling functions by focusing heat or converting into a pass-through hatch. Six quartz heating elements—three above and three below—deliver consistent, rapid heat without preheating. The grill adjusts to three heights for varied cooking speeds and browning control.

Closing the upper front panel traps heat for efficient toasting or grilling, while removing the back panel transforms the cavity into a hatch for seamless food transfer across worktops.

Operation involves setting the thermostat between 0 °C and 200 °C, choosing top-only or combined heating, and placing food on the adjustable grill. A timer controls duration, and an indicator light confirms active heating. Once the timer ends, the elements switch off automatically.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the unit includes a removable back panel for servicing and cleaning. Controls feature a heating mode selector, adjustable thermostat, and timer. The included grill measures 587 mm by 340 mm with three height settings.

With a 2.2 kW power rating, the toaster requires a dedicated circuit. It operates on 230 V, standard for UK commercial kitchens. The 20 kg weight ensures stability on worktops while remaining movable with a trolley. Dimensions of 680 mm width and 500 mm depth suit standard counter setups, allowing space for pass-through use.
