A triple sauce pump dispenses measured doses of sauces, dressings or condiments directly from gastronorm containers without decanting. Three separate pump assemblies draw liquid from GN1/6 vessels and deliver it through individual nozzles. The pump mechanism lifts the liquid by suction and pushes it out in a fixed volume each time the lever is pressed, ensuring consistent portioning across service.
Each pump is loaded with a standard GN1/6 container filled to a 200 mm depth. The operator places the container into its compartment, primes the pump by pressing the lever until liquid appears, then presses again to dispense a 20 mL dose. The three pumps work independently, allowing different sauces to be portioned side by side without cross-contamination.
The unit is built from epoxy-painted stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene. The pump assemblies and containers are also stainless steel. The footprint of 595 mm by 220 mm fits on a standard worktop or shelf, while the 375 mm height clears most overhead cupboards. The 12 kg weight allows the pump to be moved by one person for cleaning or repositioning.
Each pump delivers a fixed 20 mL dose per press, eliminating guesswork in portion control. The three 2.8 L containers provide capacity for extended service without refilling. The construction materials and sealed containers simplify cleaning and maintain food safety standards.
The Casselin CPSF3 is designed for GN1/6 containers with a 200 mm depth, matching standard gastronorm sizing used across professional kitchens.
