The journey of coffee beans to a perfect espresso cup begins in the grinder. To ensure consistent grinding and clean taste, not only burrs but also the hopper and doser must remain clean. During roasting, oils in the beans are released and settle on surfaces, where they oxidize quickly, turning rancid and passing unpleasant flavors to the next batches of coffee.

Daily cleaning – step by step

1. Remove coffee residues from the hopper and doser.
