The Zircon series espresso machine is engineered for professional environments requiring consistent performance, top-tier coffee quality, and operational efficiency. It is ideally suited for cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues where coffee plays a central role.

Equipped with a built-in volumetric motor pump featuring two retention valves and a particulate filter, the machine guarantees smooth, clean water delivery throughout the brewing process. Its copper boiler, fitted with a pressure control valve, maintains stable temperature during the entire extraction cycle, ensuring excellent and consistent results.

Brewing is performed via a direct pre‑infusion brew group head, which allows the coffee grounds to interact gradually with water, unlocking richer flavor and aroma. This system works effectively even with larger cups, offering flexibility for different serving formats.

The unit includes two stainless steel steam wands and a hot water tap, allowing simultaneous preparation of milk-based drinks and tea. The programmable beverage dosing feature ensures precise and repeatable portion sizes for consistent service.
