The combined convection oven EKF 523 N UD is intended for the preparation of a wide variety of dishes: meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables, side dishes and confectionery in catering companies and production workshops, whose activity is related to the production of gastronomic products. The device allows you to cook several dishes at the same time without mixing their smells and tastes.

The advanced control panel of the device allows you to easily adjust the temperature, cooking time and flash frequency. The combined convection oven offers several options for the climate of the inner chamber: from "dry" heat to maximum humidity mode and vice versa. LED lighting and wide, double, heat-resistant glass in the hinged door allow you to observe the cooking process without opening the door.
