| NOTES | 19 skewers + charcoal grill GAS OR ELECRTIC |
This model is equipped with 19 skewers and a charcoal grill.
A charcoal grill that rotates each skewer independently, ensuring every piece of meat, fish or vegetable cooks evenly without manual turning. The heat comes from glowing charcoal, which gives food a smoky flavour and a crisp sear while the motors keep the skewers moving at a steady pace. Because each skewer has its own motor-reducer, the grill can handle different types of food at once—lamb on one rod, chicken on another, vegetables on a third—all finishing at the same time without overloading the drive system.
To start, the operator loads charcoal through the front door, lights it and waits for a bed of embers. The 19 stainless-steel skewers, each 50 cm long, are threaded with food and slotted into the motor spindles. The skewers can be placed on either of two grids: the lower one, closer to the coals, for intense searing, or the upper one for gentler finishing or keeping food warm. Once the skewers are in place, the motors are switched on and each rod begins to rotate. The operator monitors the cooking, adjusting the height of the grids or adding more charcoal as needed. When the food is done, the skewers are lifted out, the motors switched off, and the ash drawer pulled forward to collect spent coals and ash.
The grill stands on a ribbed, reinforced stainless-steel frame that resists corrosion, high temperatures and mechanical stress. Four wheels with brakes lock the unit in place during service while allowing it to be rolled to storage or another station afterwards. The 230 V supply powers the 19 motor-reducers, each drawing a modest load so the grill can run on a standard commercial circuit without tripping breakers. The footprint of 1726 × 600 mm fits into most professional kitchen layouts or outdoor BBQ zones.
Cleaning follows the parts named: the skewers and grids are removed and washed in a sink or dishwasher; the ash drawer is emptied and wiped; the stainless-steel frame is scrubbed with a non-abrasive pad to remove grease and carbon deposits. The motors themselves are sealed and require no maintenance beyond keeping the vents clear of dust.
The 19BC-Churrasco is also available in gas or electric heating versions, allowing the same skewer set and motor system to be used with different fuel types.
