Elangrill 850E-ROBATA Electric Professional Grill

An electric grill that delivers radiant heat through quartz elements, concentrating energy directly onto food without the smoke or open flame of charcoal. The quartz heaters reach operating temperature quickly and maintain an even distribution, so meat, fish, vegetables and skewers cook at the same rate across the entire surface. This method keeps the kitchen cooler and cleaner than traditional grilling while still producing the characteristic sear and grill marks that customers expect.

The operator places food directly on the smooth stainless-steel worktop, which is heated from below by the quartz elements. A simple control panel sets the temperature; once reached, the grill holds it steadily. A grease and water collection tray beneath the cooking area catches drips, reducing flare-ups and making the daily clean-down faster. The unit can be used indoors or outdoors, as it requires only a standard 230 V supply and no gas or charcoal.

Construction is entirely stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and heat. The work surface is polished smooth to prevent sticking and to meet hygiene standards. A built-in grease channel directs liquids to the collection tray, and the tray itself slides out for emptying and washing. Optional accessories include a smoker box that fits inside the grill, a side shelf for preparation, and a shelf sized for GN 1/6 gastronorm trays, allowing the grill to double as a holding or plating station.

The footprint of 835 by 245 mm fits on most worktops or trolleys, while the 217 mm height keeps the cooking surface at a comfortable working level. The 230 V connection plugs into a standard single-phase circuit, so no special wiring is needed. The stainless-steel body is easy to wipe down, and the grease tray can be removed and washed separately. The quartz elements are protected by a metal grille and require only occasional brushing to remove food debris.
