Professional grill with reinforced stainless steel structure, independently rotating skewers, and easy mobility on wheels. Perfect for intensive use, offering efficient performance and easy maintenance.
A charcoal grill that rotates 35 spits independently over an open fire, each driven by its own motor-reducer. The heat rises from the charcoal bed below, cooking the meat evenly while the constant rotation bastes it in its own juices. Smoke escapes through the open top, keeping the workspace clear and the flavour concentrated in the food rather than the air.
The operator loads the charcoal through the front lid without lifting the grill or stopping the rotation. Once the coals are lit, the spits are threaded with meat and secured on the stainless steel swords. Each motor is started individually, allowing different cuts or recipes to cook at their own pace. The interior lighting illuminates the rotating meat, letting the chef monitor colour and doneness without opening the grill. Ash falls into removable drawers beneath the firebox, ready to be pulled out and emptied without scattering embers.
The frame is built from heat-resistant, corrosion-proof material mounted on braked wheels. The wheels allow the grill to be rolled into position before the brakes lock it firmly in place. Stainless steel drawers slide out for ash removal, and the 35 spits are 50 cm long, each driven by its own motor-reducer assembly.
The 350 W power rating supplies the motors that turn the spits, not the charcoal fire. The 230 V voltage matches the standard single-phase circuit found in professional kitchens. The footprint of 2000 mm by 678 mm fits a long worktop or island station, while the 1577 mm height keeps the spits at eye level for easy loading and inspection.
Cleaning follows the removable parts: the ash drawers are emptied after each service, and the stainless steel spits and swords are washed to remove fat and carbon. The wheeled base allows the grill to be moved for thorough floor cleaning beneath it.
The CM35C PLUS is a single model with no variants. It is placed in the catalogue under charcoal grills and rotisserie equipment.
