An electric churassco grill rotates eight spits over heating elements, circulating heat evenly around meat while fat drips away. The method keeps joints and poultry moist inside and crisp outside without turning or basting by hand. Each spit turns at its own speed, so different cuts cook together without overloading a single motor.

The operator loads the spits with skewered meat, secures them in the drive sockets and sets the temperature for each element. Interior lighting lets staff monitor browning without opening the front. As the spits rotate, fat collects in the removable tray beneath, reducing flare-ups and simplifying cleaning. Three racks below the spits hold bread, vegetables or finished portions ready to serve.

The frame is ribbed and reinforced stainless steel, resisting warping under constant heat. Heating elements sit behind protective guards, controlled by individual regulators for precise temperature across the grill. Each spit is driven by its own motor and gearbox, ensuring steady rotation even with uneven loads. A safety valve on the multigas burner prevents gas build-up in dual-fuel models; the electric CM8-E uses only the elements.

Controls consist of eight temperature dials, one per heating zone, and eight motor switches. The dials adjust the heat output of the elements, while the switches start or stop each spit independently. Interior lighting is switched separately at the front panel.
