Elangrill Electric Lava Stone Grill 1200M

An electric grill that delivers the smoky taste of open-flame cooking without gas or charcoal. Lava stones absorb and radiate heat evenly across the cooking surface, creating the sear and aroma of traditional grilling while the electric element maintains steady, controllable temperatures. The stones also catch drippings, vaporising them into flavour that rises back onto the food.

The operator sets the desired power level, then adjusts the height of the grill grate to bring food closer or farther from the stones. A pull-out drawer beneath the stones collects ash and residue, preventing flare-ups and simplifying end-of-service cleaning. The grill can be used indoors or outdoors wherever a suitable electrical supply is available.

The body is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. The 1200 mm width provides a generous cooking area, while the 660 mm depth fits neatly into most worktop layouts. The 950 mm height allows comfortable operation without stooping. A free-standing version is offered, with or without cupboard doors below the cooking surface.

Powered by a 12 kW element, the grill draws a substantial current and requires a dedicated circuit capable of handling the load without tripping. The size and power combination make it suitable for service in restaurants, hotels and event catering where consistent, high-volume grilling is needed.

Cleaning involves removing the grill grate and emptying the pull-out drawer of ash and food debris. The stainless steel surfaces can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the lava stones are brushed clean and left to dry before the next use. No disassembly of the heating element is required.

Available variants include the free-standing model with or without doors, allowing the user to choose between open storage and enclosed cupboard space beneath the grill.
