| NOTES | 11 stainless steel skewers, each 50 cm long CHARCOAL, GAS OR ELECTRIC |
This device is an excellent choice for professional kitchens where efficient and high-quality cooking of meat or other dishes on automatically rotating skewers is required.
A professional rotisserie grill heats food by radiant heat from below while skewers turn continuously, exposing every side to the same intensity. The rotation prevents hot spots and lets fat drip away, keeping meat moist and skin crisp. On the Elangrill M11 each of the eleven 50 cm skewers has its own motor-reducer, so the chef sets the speed for each item separately and can start or stop any skewer without affecting the others. The operator loads the skewers with meat, poultry or vegetables, secures the ends in the forks, and starts the motors. Two stainless steel racks above the grill provide space to hold raw ingredients or rest cooked items while the next batch rotates. The front worktop collects drippings in a removable tray, simplifying cleanup between services. The frame is a ribbed and reinforced stainless steel structure that resists corrosion and mechanical stress. Stainless steel also meets hygiene standards for professional kitchens and requires only routine wiping to stay clean. The skewers themselves are stainless steel, 50 cm long, and can be removed for sharpening or replacement. Controls are individual on/off switches for each skewer motor. The voltage requirement is 230 V single-phase, the standard for most commercial kitchen circuits. The footprint of 800 mm width, 570 mm depth and 580 mm height fits a typical worktop or can be placed on a mobile stand. The weight of the unit keeps it stable during operation, while the reinforced frame allows safe repositioning when the kitchen layout changes. The ribbed stainless steel frame wipes clean between services without trapping grease or requiring scrubbing. Stainless steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service. The drip tray slides out for emptying and washing. Skewers are removed and cleaned separately, either by hand or in a commercial dishwasher. The M11 is offered in charcoal, gas or electric versions, allowing the kitchen to match the fuel source already installed. The product is listed in the catalogue under Professional Grills & Rotisseries.
