This device is an excellent choice for professional kitchens where efficient and high-quality cooking of meat or other dishes on automatically rotating skewers is required.
A rotisserie grill rotates food continuously over a heat source, exposing every side to consistent warmth while allowing fats to drip away. This method keeps meat moist inside and crisp on the outside, and it spreads heat evenly around vegetables, kebabs and whole joints. The skewers turn independently so each item cooks at its own pace without waiting for the others, and the operator can adjust the speed to suit the cut or the crowd.
To use the Elangrill M13, load each 50 cm stainless steel skewer with the chosen ingredients, then slot the skewers into the motorised hubs. Set the rotation speed for each skewer with its individual control, switch the grill to charcoal, gas or electric mode, and ignite or energise the heat source. Two stainless steel racks sit above and beside the skewers; use the lower one to hold raw stock and the upper one to rest finished items while the next batch cooks. When the food is done, lift the skewers out and slide the food off onto serving platters.
The grill is built on a ribbed and reinforced stainless steel frame that resists warping and corrosion under daily use. The same material covers the skewers, racks and outer panels, so the entire unit wipes clean with a damp cloth and sanitiser. Each skewer is driven by its own motor-reducer, which keeps the load balanced and allows fine speed control without affecting the other skewers.
The 230 V supply connects to a standard single-phase commercial circuit, so the grill can be installed alongside other kitchen equipment without requiring a dedicated line. The footprint of 1000 mm by 570 mm fits on most worktops or trolleys, and the 580 mm height leaves clearance for the operator to load and unload without stooping. The weight of the unit means it stays stable during operation and can be moved with a trolley or two people.
Cleaning involves removing the skewers and racks, wiping down the frame and panels with a damp cloth, and sanitising the stainless steel surfaces. The independent motors and reducers are sealed, so they require no lubrication or adjustment between services.
The Elangrill M13 is available in charcoal, gas or electric configurations, allowing the operator to choose the heat source that best suits the kitchen's fuel supply and ventilation setup.
