A compact and efficient stainless steel pizza grill with 3 rotating plates and internal lighting, perfect for fast and even cooking in small food service venues.
A gas-fired grill designed to cook three 300 mm pizzas at once on independently rotating plates keeps orders flowing in tight spaces.
Each of the three round cooking plates is heated from below by a gas burner. The heat rises through the plate, browning the base while the motor-driven rotation spreads the heat evenly across the pizza. This continuous motion prevents hot spots and gives a consistent crispness without the need to turn the pizza by hand.
To use the grill, the operator lights the burners, sets the desired flame height, and places the prepared pizzas on the rotating plates. The built-in interior lighting illuminates the cooking area, so the operator can watch the colour and texture develop without opening the appliance and losing heat. When the pizzas reach the right shade and crispness, they are lifted off the plates and served.
The grill is built from stainless steel throughout, including the exterior casing, cooking plates and internal components. Stainless steel withstands the high temperatures of gas cooking, resists corrosion from moisture and cleaning chemicals, and meets the hygiene standards required in professional kitchens.
Controls consist of individual gas knobs for each plate, allowing the operator to adjust the heat for each pizza separately. A single master gas valve provides a quick shut-off for all burners.
The 16.5 kW power rating indicates the total gas load the grill places on the supply. In a typical commercial kitchen this requires a dedicated gas line capable of delivering the necessary flow without affecting other appliances. The 1085 mm width, 400 mm depth and 510 mm height give the footprint of the unit, showing it fits on a standard worktop or counter. The 52 kg weight means the grill is moved with a trolley or by two people, and once in place it remains stable during operation.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel exterior and interior surfaces after each service to remove grease and food debris. The rotating plates can be lifted off for thorough cleaning, and the gas burners are accessible for brushing to keep the flame ports clear.
The PRG3G is a single model without variants.
