A table holder for churrasco skewers keeps the long, heavy skewer steady while the chef carves the meat directly onto plates or a serving board. The holder clamps to the edge of a worktop or service counter, using the table's own weight to counterbalance the load. This frees both hands for slicing and portioning, preventing the skewer from rolling or tipping while the meat is still hot and juices are running.

The operator slides the skewer horizontally into the cradle, where it rests on a curved support that follows the shape of the metal rod. A locking mechanism, usually a spring-loaded clamp or a thumbscrew, secures the skewer in place so it cannot shift during carving. Once the meat is portioned, the skewer is lifted out and the holder remains in position for the next service.

Built from stainless steel, the VELA holder resists heat, grease and frequent washing. Its footprint of 306 mm depth, 465 mm width and 614 mm height fits on most service counters without overhang, while the low profile keeps the skewer at a comfortable working height for standing chefs.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the cradle and clamp after each use to remove meat juices and seasoning, followed by a daily wash with hot water and detergent to prevent build-up of fat and smoke residue.
