Electric ceramic stove with electric oven LADY 700 L7/CVE4LE

The stove body is entirely made of high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, which gives the unit a modern and professional appearance, while providing excellent resistance to corrosion and ease of maintenance.

The cooking surface is equipped with a durable ceramic coating, beneath which are double electric heating coils that heat the surface by radiation (infrared). The heating zones are designed in circular shapes and clearly marked with serigraphy, helping the user to position pans or pots precisely, thereby enhancing cooking efficiency and safety.

Built into the surface is an electric static oven of GN 2/1 size, heated by two steel coils – upper and lower. Temperature can be adjusted via a thermostat from 50°C to 275°C, while a safety thermostat automatically cuts off the power circuit in case of any malfunction, thus protecting the appliance and the user.

The oven’s interior chamber is made of durable steel, its sole from AISI 430 stainless steel, and is divided into two parts to facilitate technical maintenance. The door, and its inner side, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with built‑in rails for GN trays, as well as a heat‑resistant gasket.

Control knobs and handles are made of heat‑resistant material with a “cool‑grip” effect that ensures safe use even at high temperatures. The stove is equipped with adjustable legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
