The Elba series vertical grills are designed for small and medium-scale production, offering maximum functionality, quality, and aesthetics in a compact format. Thanks to independently controlled spits, it is possible to cook various products simultaneously with optimal heat control.

The structure is made of ribbed and reinforced stainless steel, ensuring high durability and longevity even under intensive use. The Low-E tempered glass door withstands high temperatures and provides excellent visibility for monitoring the cooking process.

The grill is equipped with 4 independently controlled tubular stainless steel spits (12x12 mm, 960 mm long), allowing flexibility in cooking different foods. The 230 V motor ensures quiet and safe operation.

Interior lighting gives the grill an elegant look and improves visibility, while the removable fat collection bucket makes it easy to maintain hygiene during operation.
