The unit is made entirely of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance even under intensive use. The work surface is slightly rounded and made of 1.2 mm thick AISI 304 steel, providing a hygienic and ergonomic working environment.

The steaming tank is also made of pressed AISI 304 steel with rounded corners and is equipped with an overflow pipe to help maintain a safe water level. Steam is generated by high-efficiency sheathed heating elements located inside the tank, designed for long-lasting performance.

To ensure safe operation, the heating elements only function when the tank is full of water, and the unit is equipped with a safety device that blocks the heating process if the water level drops below the minimum.

The tank features an automatic water refilling system that maintains the required water level for steam generation. If the automatic function fails for any reason, manual water refilling is also possible, ensuring uninterrupted operation.

The steaming surface is equipped with a perforated AISI 304 stainless steel plate specifically designed for placing bamboo baskets. The unit also includes a sealing gasket (steam seal) that helps retain steam within the cooking area, ensuring even food processing.

The unit is mounted on an open stand, making it easy to integrate into any professional kitchen layout. Control knobs are made of heat-resistant material with “Cool-touch” technology, ensuring user safety and comfort even during prolonged use.
