The unit is entirely made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, ensuring durability, excellent corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance.

The work surface is rounded and made of 1.2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel, which not only provides an elegant appearance but also greatly facilitates cleaning. The pressed cooking tank (GN size 1/1 + 1/3) with rounded corners ensures even steam distribution and simple hygiene maintenance. The unit is equipped with an overflow pipe that prevents the water level from exceeding safety limits.

The heating elements can be activated only when the tank is full of water, ensuring maximum safety and protection for the equipment. Water is filled automatically, but manual refilling is possible if the automatic system fails.

The steaming process is optimized with a perforated AISI 304 metal plate for placing bamboo baskets or other containers, while the gasket ensures steam containment, reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency.

Heating is provided by high-efficiency sheathed heating elements located inside the tank. The unit is equipped with a safety system that deactivates the heating elements if the water level drops below the minimum threshold, protecting both the user and the device.

The handles are made of heat-resistant material with a cool-touch coating, preventing burn risk. The unit features height-adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel legs.
