Fryer with cold zone the temperature of oil in the tank under the heater is significantly lower than the temperature of oil above the heater. Fryers with cold zone are perfect for deep frying breaded products. Additionally the tank is equipped with a filter for pre-filtering of frying fat. High chimney as well as embossed top plate prevent frying fat from getting into the appliance’s interior, and rotating heater makes cleaning easier.
