  • The PSR400E electric grill has a 10mm thick decarbonized steel plate that is highly rated for grilling food, widely used in traditional catering and food trucks.
  • After less than 10 minutes of preheating, the steel plate reaches a uniform temperature across the entire cooking surface thanks to the Incoloy heating element, which allows for uniform cooking of various products.
  • On this professional grill surface, you can grill meat, fish, burgers, sausages, as well as cook vegetables, fried eggs, omelettes.
  • Juices and fat are drained into the fully removable drawer.
  • The stainless steel collection tray is dishwasher safe.
  • After intensive use and after disconnecting the professional grid plate, it is possible to cool the still hot cooking plate with cold water or a few ice cubes.
