Description

Professional stationary electric grill. Cooker with rounded front corners in smooth steel, with polished or hard chrome finish, 15 mm thick.

The teflon cover (optional) is easily removable to facilitate clanging operations and fat draining in a removable stainless steel basin with a capacity of up to 2 liters. In the 70 cm models, it is possible to combine different cooking options thanks to independent gas burners/electric heating elements.

The chrome finish allows you to cook different dishes in succession without the risk of transfer of smells and tastes, thus avoiding cleaning the grid plate between cooking times. Chrome finish is characterized by lower heat dissipation, making the working environment more comfortable. 1 mm working surface from AISI 18/10 stainless steel.
