Electric multigrill CEV2

The Multigrill CEV2 is a compact and high-performance rotating grill specifically designed for small foodservice establishments where outstanding cooking quality is required despite limited space or low production volume. Its robust stainless steel supporting frame ensures maximum durability and stability even under intensive professional use.

The front door is made of tempered glass with a low-emissivity coating, helping retain heat inside the chamber and reduce energy loss, while also offering excellent visibility during cooking. The grilling chamber is equipped with interior lighting, allowing users to monitor the cooking process without opening the door.

The unit features a powerful heating element (resistor) with a built-in energy regulator, allowing precise control of the heating intensity according to cooking needs. This makes the appliance not only effective but also energy efficient.

Multigrill CEV2 is equipped with three rotating spits – two main and one auxiliary – all made of premium stainless steel, ensuring food safety and easy cleaning. Each spit is powered by its own independent motor, providing smooth, synchronized rotation and the flexibility to use only the required spits depending on the order size.

Excess fat and liquids are effectively collected in a special stainless steel bucket, which is easy to remove and clean, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.
