Made of AISI 304 scotch brite stainless steel (working top 2,0 mm thick) with overflow drainage system, basket draining rack and built-in rear chimney. AISI 316 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant pressed tanks with rounded corners (28 lt capacity), false bottom for baskets included. Front overspill and starch removal double area with drain outlet and perforated stainless steel basket drainage shelf in front of well. Water filler in the tank with command on control panel. Drain line in stainless steel controlled by ball valve with easy access lever. Heating by means of stainless steel armoured high-efficiency resistors inside the tank to get the maximum thermal output, controlled by a 50°C-100°C adjustable thermostat, general warning light + warning light showing when heating elements are on. Perforated AISI 304 stainless steel baskets with heat-proof handle; various combinations of baskets possible. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material.
