The appliance's outer casing is made of high-quality AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance even under heavy-duty conditions.

The grilling surface is smooth and made of stainless steel, with a small splashback around the perimeter to prevent the spillage of liquids and fats during operation. A drain hole and removable fat collection drawer are integrated into the surface, ensuring convenient and hygienic residue removal and cleaning.

The heating elements are made of stainless steel and are fixed directly beneath the cooking plate, ensuring even temperature distribution across the entire surface. Each heating element operates at 2.2 kW, available in 230V~ or 400V3N~50Hz versions, and is equipped with a switch and safety thermostat for precise temperature regulation from 66°C to 324°C.

For added safety and user convenience, the appliance includes two indicator lights – one for general operation and another indicating the heating element status. The control knobs are made from special heat-resistant material with "Cool-Grip" technology, protecting the user from heat exposure.

The unit is equipped with adjustable legs made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring stability on different surfaces and allowing height adjustments to meet workspace requirements.
