Cast iron squared electric cooking plates - 300x300 mm each - with internal safety thermostat; power controlled by 7-position switch, with warning light showing when heating elements are on. Electric oven GN 2/1 heated by nr. 2 sheathed resistors (lower and upper) controlled by nr. 1 independent thermostat, temperature from 50°C to 300° C. Stainless steel oven chamber. Very thick stainless steel AISI 430 sole, divided into two parts for an easy maintenance. AISI 304 stainless steel door and inner door. Oven door gasket. Cool-grip handles and knobs made of heat-resistant material. AISI 304 stainless steel adjustable legs.
