Professional refrigerated counter made of stainless steel with glass doors, providing convenient product visibility and access to the refrigerated chamber. The unit is suitable for GN 1/1 containers and is equipped with electronic control featuring a digital display and an energy-saving function. The temperature can be adjusted within the range of 0…+8 °C. Defrosting is performed by stopping the compressor. The CCP-4G GD model has 4 sections with glass doors.
A refrigeration counter display keeps chilled food visible and accessible while maintaining a steady low temperature. The unit circulates cold air continuously, drawing heat away from the stored items and expelling it at the rear. An insulated cabinet and sealed doors prevent warm air from entering, so the compressor cycles on only when needed, reducing energy use. The glass doors allow customers to view the products without opening the unit, minimising temperature fluctuations and preserving freshness throughout service.
The operator loads the shelves with prepared dishes or ingredients, then sets the desired temperature on the digital control panel. Once the unit reaches the set point, the internal fan distributes cold air evenly across every shelf, ensuring consistent cooling. The off-cycle defrost system stops the compressor periodically, allowing any frost to melt and evaporate without manual intervention. Adjustable tray slides let the user reconfigure the interior for different container sizes, while the worktop provides a stable surface for plating or portioning.
The cabinet is built from AISI 304 stainless steel inside and out, with a 50 mm layer of high-density polyurethane insulation moulded under pressure. A 100 mm rear upstand on the worktop catches spills and prevents liquids from running behind the unit. Four double-glazed doors with low-emissivity glass reduce heat transfer, each fitted with an ergonomic handle and an automatic closing mechanism that engages when the door is opened less than 90°. The doors can be locked open at 120° for loading, and removable magnetic seals maintain hygiene and insulation.
The electronic control system features a digital display and an energy-saving mode that optimises storage conditions. Forced-air cooling and low-energy electronic components ensure stable operation, while an integrated drainage system channels condensation away from the interior. The front panel provides easy access to technical components, and a ventilated grille allows built-in installation without compromising airflow.
The unit operates on a 220–240 V single-phase supply at 50 Hz, drawing 0.436 kW. Its 2242 mm width, 700 mm depth and 850 mm height create a footprint that fits standard worktop layouts, while the 170 kg weight requires a stable floor or castors for movement. The temperature range of 0 °C to +8 °C suits fresh produce, dairy and pre-prepared dishes that need chilled but not frozen storage. Adjustable stainless steel legs allow levelling on uneven floors, with a height range of 130–200 mm for easy cleaning underneath.
Each full-size door comes with one GN 1/1 shelf and two sets of height-adjustable tray slides, all coated in epoxy for durability and rated to 40 kg. The refrigerant is R600a as standard, with an R290 version available for 60 Hz supply. The unit meets climate class 4, ensuring reliable performance in professional kitchen environments.
