| NOTES | Electric defrost |
Professional freezer for fish storage, made of stainless steel with forced-air circulation, ensuring a uniform temperature of -2…-4 °C throughout the cabinet. The unit is suitable for EN 600 × 400 mm trays and is equipped with electronic control and LED lighting. Defrosting is performed using an electric defrost system. Capacity – 574 L.
A single-door freezer built to hold standard pastry trays in a professional bakery or central production kitchen. The unit cools by circulating cold air through a forced-convection system, keeping every shelf at the same low temperature without hot spots or frost build-up. Electric defrost cycles clear ice automatically, so the interior stays clear and usable without manual scraping.
The operator loads trays onto adjustable runners that slide out for easy access. Each runner can be set at one of twenty positions, allowing the interior to be reorganised for taller or shorter items. Once loaded, the door seals and the refrigeration system maintains the set temperature between -2 °C and -4 °C. An electronic control panel lets the user programme the defrost schedule and monitor the current temperature on a digital display. LED lighting inside the cabinet gives a clear view of every tray without opening the door.
The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel inside and out, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. A 50 mm layer of insulation surrounds the storage space, reducing energy loss and helping the unit hold temperature during brief door openings. Four adjustable legs allow the freezer to be levelled on uneven floors, preventing vibration and ensuring the door seals properly.
The 574 litre volume provides space for multiple trays of pastries, doughs or other chilled goods. The external footprint of 760 mm wide by 729 mm deep fits through standard kitchen doorways and leaves room for circulation around the unit. At 170 kg, the freezer is heavy enough to remain stable during use but can still be moved with a pallet truck or trolley. The 0.369 kW cooling power draws a modest load on a single-phase 220-240 V circuit, typical of commercial kitchen supplies.
Cleaning involves wiping down the stainless steel interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustable runners and trays can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the drain at the base of the cabinet collects defrost water for easy disposal. The refrigerant R290 is a hydrocarbon with low environmental impact, used in the 50 Hz version of the unit.
The freezer is supplied with trays sized for the EN 600 × 400 mm standard, ensuring compatibility with most professional bakery equipment. A 60 Hz version is available as a separate article, with a slight variation in cooling power and refrigerant charge.
