| NOTES | Off-cycle defrost |
Professional dual-temperature refrigeration unit made of stainless steel with forced-air circulation. The unit is divided into two independent compartments. Both compartments are equipped with independent temperature control, allowing different chilled products to be stored simultaneously in a single unit according to the required temperature settings. Defrosting is performed by stopping the compressor.
The cooling process relies on a compressor that circulates refrigerant through a sealed system. As the refrigerant evaporates inside the cabinet, it absorbs heat from the stored items, lowering the internal temperature. A fan then distributes the cooled air evenly across the shelves, ensuring consistent temperatures throughout the unit. This forced-air circulation prevents hot spots and keeps perishable goods stable, even during frequent door openings in a busy kitchen.
To operate the refrigerator, the user first adjusts the adjustable legs to level the unit on the kitchen floor. The electronic control panel is set to the required temperature range—0 to +8 °C for both zones—before loading ingredients onto the six removable GN 2/1 epoxy-coated shelves. Each shelf supports up to 40 kg and slides along built-in guides, allowing the internal layout to be reorganised for different tray sizes. The doors are opened and closed as needed, with the LED lighting automatically illuminating the interior for clear visibility. The off-cycle defrost system periodically stops the compressor to allow any ice build-up to melt naturally, eliminating the need for manual defrosting.
The 1301-litre volume provides ample space for large-scale food storage, while the 320 kg weight indicates a sturdy construction designed for commercial use. The 1388 x 826 x 2008 mm footprint requires a dedicated area in the kitchen, with enough clearance for door swing and ventilation. The 0.722 kW cooling power reflects the electrical load on the 220–240 V single-phase circuit, which must be factored into the kitchen's power distribution. The 50 mm insulation thickness helps maintain stable temperatures, reducing energy consumption during peak service periods.
The stainless steel interior and exterior resist corrosion and are easy to clean with standard kitchen sanitising agents. The epoxy-coated shelves can be removed for thorough washing, while the smooth surfaces of the cabinet prevent dirt accumulation. The refrigerant R600a/R290a version is available as an alternative, with a slight adjustment in cooling capacity. The four-door configuration allows separate access to each zone, minimising temperature fluctuations when retrieving items.
This model is categorised as a combined refrigerator, designed for professional kitchens requiring both refrigeration and flexible storage for gastronorm trays.
