FAGOR MRIE-500 A Electric Boiling Kettle for Commercial Use
Professional electric boiling kettle with indirect heating, designed for preparing large quantities of food. The tank of the autoclave version can be hermetically sealed. During cooking, pressure builds up inside the tank, allowing the cooking temperature to be increased and accelerating the thermal processing of food. The heat generated by the electric heating elements heats the water inside the double jacket, producing saturated steam that ensures even and gentle heating of food and reduces the risk of burning. Heating is provided by an electric heating element system with adjustable power.
