Professional GN 2/1 display refrigerator made of AISI 304 stainless steel with glass doors and forced-air circulation, ensuring a uniform temperature of 0…+8 °C throughout the cabinet. Equipped with electronic controls and LED lighting; defrosting is performed using an electric defrost system, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
The FAGOR CUPT-22G GD display refrigerator is built for professional use, combining visibility with efficient cooling. Cold air circulates via a forced-convection system, removing heat and moisture to prevent ice build-up. Off-cycle defrost ensures frost is melted and drained automatically, keeping the interior at a steady 0 to 8 °C without interrupting service. The unit operates within the 3rd climate class and carries a B energy efficiency rating.
Inside, six removable epoxy-coated shelves accommodate GN 2/1 gastronorm trays. Adjustable runners provide 23 vertical positions, allowing flexible storage for various container heights. Double-glazed doors with low-emissivity glass minimise heat transfer while offering clear visibility of contents. LED lighting illuminates the interior evenly, and an electronic control panel with a digital display allows precise temperature management.
Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the cabinet features rounded internal corners for easy cleaning. A 60 mm layer of insulation reduces cold-air loss, and four adjustable legs (130–200 mm) enable levelling on uneven floors. With external dimensions of 1318 mm wide, 842 mm deep, and 2040 mm high, the refrigerator fits standard worktop spaces. Its 300 kg weight requires mechanical handling, such as a pallet truck.
The unit operates on a 220–240 V single-phase supply, drawing 0.436 kW of cooling power. The 50 Hz version uses R600a refrigerant. Cleaning involves removing shelves for washing, wiping the interior with a damp cloth, and using a non-ammonia cleaner for the glass doors. The off-cycle defrost system eliminates the need for manual defrosting.
